LPG (Propane) is widely recognized as Environmental friendly / Eco-friendly fuel because it emits less carbon dioxide, which causes global warming, compared to other fossil fuels.

Propane must reach your consumption equipment such as boilers, cook stoves or furnaces in gaseous state. At the standard atmospheric pressure, with a boiling point of −42 °C (−44 °F), propane is naturally vaporized by its own. This phase change from liquid to vapor is called natural vaporization. However if the LPG withdrawal rate is too high it will result in ice-formation on the surface of the LPG cylinders/pressure vessel.

To overcome the limitation installation of a propane vaporizer is the fundamental solution.

An LPG Vaporizer is a kind of boiler to increase the heat exchange and assist LPG vaporization. LPG enters the vaporizer as a liquid and exits as a gas, just like we see with natural vaporization. The primary difference is that vaporizers have function to add external heat to realize stable and larger vaporization capacity.

Now, conventional shell and tube heat exchangers or water bath electric vaporizers used as LPG vaporizers which can be replaced by IEC Dryheaters. It eliminates the impact of corrosion and greatly improves the life of the electric heating elements.
